Customers can also use SOS to learn from other experiences, leverage tools and share ideas. Product notifications, bulletins, lessons learned and innovative user support techniques can also be found on SOS. And, when customers have questions they are quickly answered by subject matter experts at Involve.

Sales Support and Service
Involve's standard support offering includes monitoring and maintaining the host servers and providing connectivity, availability, maintenance and the operation of the StreetSmarts solution on the Web, via our tier 1 hosting facility. Customers are provided with technical support related to the StreetSmarts solution and its hosted technical infrastructure. We do everything in our power to ensure StreetSmarts is available to your users 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
